EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ -- The East Brunswick boys basketball team held J.P. Stevens to just 20 points over the first three quarters and went on to a 48-34 victory Thursday night.

Brendan Devlin scored 10 points for the Bears (2-3), who outscored J.P. Stevens, 13-3, in the second quarter to take a 25-11 lead.

Justin Black scored nine points for East Brunswick, which led, 42-20, after three quarters.
