EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ -- The East Brunswick boys basketball team opened a 13-point lead after one quarter and went on to a 56-51 victory over Perth Amboy Thursday night.

Point guard Dylan McCann scored a season-high 15 points for the Bears (8-7), who took a 23-10 lead in a torrid first quarter before Perth Amboy (9-5) actually outscored EB in each of the final three quarters.

Max Tischauser finished with seven points for East Brunswick, which had nine different players score in the game.
