PERTH AMBOY, NJ -- Junior back Austin Percy scored two touchdowns and East Brunswick evened its record with a 17-6 football victory over Perth Amboy Friday night.

Percy rushed for 135 yards on 26 carries for the Bears (4-4), who reached their highest victory total since 2010.

Although Perth Amboy took an early 6-0 lead, East Brunswick came back to take a 7-6 lead on Percy's first TD and Max Dressner's extra point. Dressner then kicked a 23-yard field goal just before halftime as the Bears went into the break with a 10-6 advantage.

Percy's second touchdown came in the second half. The game was stopped by officials with about three minutes left after a fight broke out on the field.
