EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ -- The East Brunswick girls soccer team opened play in the Central Jersey, Group 4 tournament with a 7-0 victory over West Windsor-Plainsboro South on Monday.

Sophomore forward Kayla Reed connected for three goals for the Bears (16-2), who racked up six goals in the first half.

Sophomore Isabella Baratta finished with two goals and one assist and Julia Gill scored two goals. Samantha Lederman distributed two assists, and Riya Kunderan, Alyna Negron, Nicole Unangst and Rebecca Crocco all had one assist. East Brunswick outshot WW-PS, 16-4.
