EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ -- The East Brunswick High School girls gymnastics team recently won the Greater Middlesex Conference championship.

Karina Munoz of East Brunswick won the all-around title with a 38.450 score. She finished in first place in four different events: the vault (9.85), balance beam (9.65), uneven bars (9.4) and floor exercise (9.55).

Other standouts for the Bears team included Kathryn McSweeney, Arianna McSweeney, Lana Marie Cepeda, Sydney Yu and Magdalyn McGlyn.
