MORRISTOWN, NJ - Did you receive your ballot in the mail? All Morris County General Election mail in ballots were delivered to the US Postal Service by Monday, October 5, said Morris County Clerk Ann Grossi. If you have not received your ballot, call the Morris County Clerk's Election Office at 973-285-6066
If you have received your ballot in the mail, fill it out, using pencil, black or blue pen. Don't forget to sign your ballot! Seal it in the privacy envelope. Now you're ready to cast your vote!
Voters can cast their vote three ways;
- Return by mail (must be postmarked on or before November 3)
- Place the ballot in a drop box (there are 16 locations in Morris County)
- Bring your ballot to your polling place by 8pm on election day, November 3. Only the voter, can bring the ballot on election day.

Voters are asking if they can vote in-person at a polling location. Voters can bring their ballot to the polling place or they can fill out a provisional ballot. If you have a disability that prevents you from voting on a paper ballot, you will have access to an accessible voting device.
What is a provisional ballot?
According to the NJ.Gov website, the November 3rd General Election all voters, except those with a disability, are required to vote using a paper provisional ballot. If, after the election, it is determined that the voter who cast the provisional ballot was eligible to vote, the ballot will be counted.
