FLORHAM PARK, NJ- On Saturday, July 9, Brookdale Senior Living Solutions of Florham Park will be hosting their second annual carnival to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Association.
According to Brookdale’s evening concierge, Judith, the afternoon will be styled like a classic old-fashioned carnival. Beginning at 3 p.m., attendees can look forward to four hours filled with food, games, music, rides, prizes and more. A dunk tank will also be available. In addition to some of the center’s managers, the executive director has volunteered to be dunked.
All ages are welcome, and no entrance fee is required. However, there will be opportunities to donate. The center’s main goal is simple: raise as much money as possible to help the fight against Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
“We want to raise as much as we can through the residents, families, neighbors, communities and whoever is here,” Judith stated.
Throughout the event, the assisted living and memory care center will be open for tours. Individuals will be able to talk to residents and observe the community there.
The carnival will take place at Brookdale Senior Living Solutions located at 8 James Street. For additional information regarding Saturday’s event, questions can be directed to the center at (973) 443-0444.
