CEDAR GROVE, N.J.- For four years Cedar Grove High School displayed 2,977 flags, in honor of the lives lost on September 11. The front of the high school has served as the base for the flags, including the flags of victim's home countries.

This year, they were given a piece of steel from the World Trade Center. It was permanently installed this week, and will be displayed Tuesday, morning. While the flags will be removed, this will stay forever. An offering of gratitude for the support of the Port Authority P. B. A. and the community was mentioned from the  twitter page this weekend.
