FLORHAM PARK, NJ- Florham Park resident, Mark Iantosca, was sentenced to serve seven years in New Jersey State Prison for the charge of Sexual Assault.
Iantosca, 52, pled guilty to this second degree crime on May 27th and was sentenced today by the Honorable Catherine Enright. In addition to the seven years of imprisonment, Iantosca will spend the rest of his days registered as a sex offender under Megan’s Law.
The investigation launched in late February of this year when the victim of these sexual acts came forward to law enforcement and reported that he and Iantosco engaged in repeated acts of reciprocal oral sex. The sexual acts began in June of 2008 and ran through June of 2010.
