For the seventh consecutive year Lassus Wherley has been named one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey! This program identifies, recognizes and honors the top places of employment in New Jersey that benefit the state's economy, its workforce and businesses. The Best Places to Work in New Jersey program is made up of 100 companies split into two groups: 65 small/medium-sized companies (15-249 employees) and 35 large-sized companies (more than 250 employees). Lassus Wherley has been named one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey in the small/medium category.

The Best Places to Work in New Jersey program is open to all publicly or privately held organizations and government entities, both for-profit and not-for-profit.  To be eligible for consideration, companies must have a facility in New Jersey, be in business a minimum of one year, and have at least 15 employees in the state.

After a company enters the program, it goes through a two-part survey process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey. The first part consists of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. This phase is worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consists of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This phase is worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determine the top companies and the final ranking.
