HANOVER TOWNSHIP, N.J.-On Saturday, November 25, Santa Claus and a few of his elves will be on hand to welcome all the residents of Hanover Township to the Cedar Knolls Firehouse for its 3rd annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony. 

Santa will arrive on a fire truck at 6:45pm and he will be lighting the 80 ft. tall Christmas tree on the front lawn.  After the ceremony, Santa will be available to meet with all the children, take photos, and his elves will pass out candy canes. 

Prior to Santa’s arrival, there will be a magic show starting at 5:00pm and a holiday musical presentation by the Whippany Park High School Choir at 6:00pm.  All are welcome to join in the singing!

Refreshments will be served starting at 5:00pm and will include hot dogs, donuts, cookies, hot chocolate, and coffee.
