Protecting Your Assets

A free educational “ Lunch and Learn” seminar called,

“How to protect the people you love and the assets you own “ is being offered at the Livingston Public Library on Wednesday, January 22nd, starting at 12 noon.

The talk will cover frequently asked questions about wills, probates & estates, health care proxy and living will, revocable and irrevocable trusts, Medicaid qualification, and long term care planning.

You will learn from experts some of the strategies and tools that will allow you to protect your savings, remain in control of your life and your assets, and preserve your legacy.

The seminar will be led by Milvidskiiy Law Firm which offers legal counsel and services in the areas of elder law and estate planning.

Registration is required and can be done online via the events calendar at www.livingstonlibrary.org or by calling 973 992 4600.

Participants are welcome to bring and eat their lunch while attending.

There will be no sales or solicitations by the company of its products or services.
