EAST HANOVER, NJ - Saturday evening, the Morris County Prosecutor's office released the names of the victims of the fatal fire that occurred Friday evening on Kimble Place in East Hanover.
According to Prosecutor Fredric Knapp the investigation revealed the fire began in the living room and does not appear suspicious in nature at this time. The victims, Robert Dundermen (age 78) and Cynthia Dundermen (age 75), both resided at the Kimble Place dwelling and died in the fire.
At approximately 7:57 pm Friday, police and fire responded to several 9-1-1 calls and arrived on the scene of the single-family dwelling. The Morris County Medical Examiner’s Office has determined the manners of death to be accidental and the Prosecutor's Office does not anticipate any criminal charges being filed.
