MADISON, NJ – The economic shutdown caused by COVID-19 has been a challenge, but it hasn’t stopped Kienlen Lattmann Sotheby’s International Realty (KLSIR) from continuing to expand its client base in Madison and beyond.

Key to this growth: The vision and ambition of KLSIR owner Michael Lattmann. His expertise in the world of North Jersey real estate has fostered KLSIR’s expansion beyond Madison, Basking Ridge, Bedminster and Mendham; the firm is now expanding into Morristown . A new location will be opening later in 2020.

Lattmann’s efforts are bolstered by the innovative marketing tools available to KLSIR due to its affiliation with Sotheby’s International Realty (SIR). It was in 2011 that SIR, an affiliate of the revered, time-honored London auction house, invited Kienlen Lattmann Realty to join its global network.

Rapid Expansion

“This association has afforded clients of the firm access to the worldwide reach of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand and the most innovative marketing tools in the field of real estate,” said KLSIR Executive Vice President Shelby Stretton.

“The affiliation has fueled the rapid expansion of the real estate brokerage,” Stretton added. “The multiple locations provide the firm and its associates strategic positioning to serve buyers and sellers in Hunterdon, Morris, Somerset and Union counties.”

She said KLSIR is not resting on its laurels. “With a solid marketing and client service infrastructure in place, we are well positioned to continue our expansion plans into additional markets,” she said.

The Madison location alone is home to 21 full-time associates, a team that’s closed more than $74 million in resale dollar volume in the past 18 months.

It is not only a place that brings together buyers and sellers of beautiful homes, but also a place where beauty adorns the walls. The Madison office, at 223 Main St., has served as home for a rotating art show series.

At the Madison site, KLSIR is currently featuring, in its “meet the artist” series, the work of Morristown native Peter Kakota Shalit.

“We typically rotate artists three or four times a year in our locations,” Stretton said.
