EAST ORANGE, NJ - For the 3rd year in a row, the City of East Orange has held an annual Music and Arts Festival (MAC Fest) in celebration of the many artists, singers and performers of multiple creative genres that live, work and reside in the city.

This past Saturday the city rolled out MAC Fest 2017. Although rain threatened to damper the festivities, the festival went off without a hitch. Those that braved the weather appeared delighted with the 100+ product and food vendors, open-air artisan shopping and  activities for children.

But the highlight of the day’s activities was music performed by Grammy nominated performers Eric Roberson, Bilal and Syleena Johnson. Irrespective of the elements, the crowd was seen dancing the evening away with the assistance of the live bands that accompanied the guests artists.
