Essex County Executive Welcomes Student Artists to Essex County Hall of Records

Newark, NJ - Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo, Jr. (in back fourth from left) congratulates students from East Orange Community Charter School in East Orange who participated in the Art Educators of New Jersey Student Art Exhibit at the Essex County Hall of Records on Friday, March 23rd.

Students receiving awards were (in front from left) Malik Oumorou, Asael Etienne, Fatimah Farl, Devin Denny and Elisha Pascal. With the County Executive are (in back from left) art teacher Joyce Shuckmann, NJ State Senator and Essex County Deputy Chief of Staff Teresa Ruiz, New Jersey Art Educators Exhibit Chairwoman Cathy Kondreck, Freeholder Patricia Sebold and Eileen Schewbel from EOCCS.

The artwork was on display for the month of March. This is the 14th consecutive year DiVincenzo has partnered with the Art Educators of New Jersey to present the student artists exhibit at the Hall of Records.
