HOMECorp Seeks New Executive Director

MONTCLAIR, NJ - Montclair-based non-profit, HOMECorp, has announced Thursday that it is has launched a search for a new Executive Director. 

After 30-years serving the community, the organization has grown exponentially and is looking for an experienced leader who shares a passion for their mission of preserving economic diversity and community revitalization through the creation of affordable housing, according to a release. 

The ideal candidate should bring experience in the affordable housing arena; possess strong interpersonal skills, as well as experience in raising private, foundation, and government funds, and fiscal management experience.  HOMECorp has an annual operating budget of $900,000 and employs a staff of full and part-time professionals, contractors, and works with a sizeable group of supportive volunteers.

Headquartered in Montclair,NJ HOMECorp’s mission is to create and maintain housing that preserves economic diversity and ignites community revitalization while fostering financial empowerment.   The non-profit organization has grown significantly since its founding in 1988, and has benefited from broad donor support and a legacy of strong staff and board leadership.
