Local Surgeon Provides Free Foot Care and New Winter Shoes for the Homeless

ELIZABETH, N.J. – Dr. Michael I. Goldberger, foot and ankle surgeon at the Foot & Ankle Center at Tri-County Orthopedics, will provide free foot examinations, routine foot care and new winter shoes to area homeless in collaboration with Soles4Souls and the Streetlight Mission on Sunday, Nov. 23, beginning at 2:00 p.m. The annual event will take place at the Streetlight Mission, located at 1181 East Broad Street in Elizabeth.
 
“Providing medical care to those in need in our community is a tremendous honor,” Dr. Goldberger says. “I’m proud to partner with Soles4Souls and the Streetlight Mission for this outstanding event each year.”
