Reset, Restore, Release - EO Natives Host Special Program to Help Us Get to the Next Level


EAST ORANGE, NJ - Two East Orange natives, Michele Munford Davenport and Jillian Faulks-Majuta have joined together to create a Saturday morning retreat entitled, "Reset, Restore, Release."  The 2 hour program is focused on making you your best through an introduction to Kemetic Yoga and Values that is grounded in Egyptian tradition, deep breathing and gentle movement.  The second portion of the program will shine a light on what is really important to you and how it can inform what you really want from this summer and beyond through coaching.

"Our goal for the Saturday session is to help prepare you for a healthy and forward thinking summer and fall," said Michele Munford Davenport, International Motivational Speaker and Certified Coach and founder of Mosaic Coaching Solutions.  You can find out more about Mosaic at  Jillian Faulks Majuta is a Certified Kemetic Yoga Instructor.  She said, "Balance in our life and our health is achieved through healthy lifestyles.  The power of deep breathing and gentle movement is key to feeling your best and being at optimum health."  You can find out more about Kemetic Yoga at  Jillian also provides Kemetic Yoga classes at the East Orange Senior Center every Monday at 1 p.m.

2nd Annual Love & Not Hate March Today in East Orange

EAST ORANGE, NJ - This morning the Rev. Al Sharpton will join East Orange Mayor Ted Green for their 2nd Annual Love & Not Hate March against gun violence at 8:00 AM. 

The March will begin at Hollywood Ave & Central Avenue in East Orange and will work its way to Oval Park. Once at the park there will be youth activities, vendors, music, school give-a-ways and much more.
