BLOOMFIELD, NJ - The Bloomfield Public Library presents 'Too Many Questions: An Evening with Virginia Durr' on Saturday March 4 at 2 p.m.

Raised to be a genteel Southern lady, Virginia Foster Durr defied her family, friends, and culture to become one of the South’s most active and vocal champions of civil rights.   Her remarkable life journey and wry sense of humor come to life in this monodrama commissioned by Vulcan Park and Museum in Birmingham, Alabama and performed by one of Bloomfield’s most sought-after actresses Ginny S. Loggins.

This program is made possible in part by funds from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts/Department of State, a Partner Agency of the National Endowment for the Arts and administered by the Essex County Division of Cultural and Historic Affairs.
