Conference and Resource Fair – Parents Empowered…Insider Strategies for Advocacy and Systems Change

The Alliance of Private Special Education Schools of North Jersey announces its 2019 Conference and Resource Fair, ‘Parents Empowered: Insider Strategies for Advocacy and Systems Change’.The event will feature keynote speakers and disability rights advocates including Assemblywoman Mila Jasey, Dr. Joseph Ciccone, Director of Education Programs, College of Saint Elizabeth, Paul Aronsohn, Director, Office of the Ombudsman for Individuals with Disabilities and Their Families, and many more. Parents, families, educators and service providers who attend will be empowered with communication and collaboration skills to secure the best outcomes for children and teens who have disabilities. 

The event takes place on Saturday, April 6that the College of Saint Elizabeth, Annunciation Center, 2 Convent Road in Morristown from 8:30 am -1:00 pm. The event is offered free of charge.
