EAST ORANGE, NJ - Sunday July 16, 2017 marked exactly one year since the inaugural filming of Chick Chat in its East Orange studio location. Chick Chat is an unscripted, 30-minute, weekly, all-female based talk show where hosts, Rae-Shan Nate’ and comedian, Big Momma chat with guest hosts about the things girlfriends talk about, but in an open platform – on camera!

The program covers an extensive array of topics: from local politics to concerns of the heart. One of the program’s highlights is the viewers question segment where actual viewers are welcomed to send in a question that is read and answered live on air.

Earlier this year TAPinto East Orange was a guest of the show and had an opportunity to share the TAPinto brand with that viewing audience.

We returned today to inquire what keeps them motivated to continue filming:

Co-host Rae Shan Nate’- “I’m so blessed to go from one day to one year. I had no clue, but God! Don't ever sell your dreams short! So grateful to Tiffany Barker, our Guest Hosts, and my partner in Chat, Tia Williams for making me laugh every day. Stay Tuned.”

Tia Big Momma - “In one year we have touched souls, launched careers, given people hope, made people laugh, made people think, watched others come out of their shell. I’m so grateful to my girl Nate’ for letting me be part of her vision.  The best is yet to come”

The ladies are also in collaboration with the ChangeMakers Radio Show hosted by East Orange’s own Royston Allman. Each first Saturday of the month Chick Chat takeovers the airwaves to bring their program to radio.

Chick Chat can currently be viewed via Face Book live and on their You Tube page.
