“Words can’t describe our gratitude for Dr. Lenworth Gunther’s act of altruism. The impact of this extraordinary $10,000 donation is incalculable. It is the largest donation, to date, in the history of the East Orange Education Foundation. Most importantly, however, it will serve to provide much-needed financial support to affirm our mission  in support of innovative teaching programs in the East Orange School District and to provide scholarships to college-bound East Orange School District High School Alumni. We are truly blessed and thankful for Dr. Lenworth and Mrs. Maria Gunther’s act of support with this most generous contribution,” Goldie T.
