(ORANGE, NEW JERSEY) - The race to become the Mayor or At-large Council Person in Orange, NJ is off to a crowded start. It was confirmed by the Orange City Clerk, six people are certified to run for Mayor and eleven for at-large council.
In alphabetical order by first name, the following candidates are seeking the Office of Mayor:

- Dwayne D. Warren
- Michael Jean Baptiste
- Rayfield R. Morton
- Shawn D. Hunter
In alphabetical order by first name, the following candidates are seeking to be At-large Council Members*:
- Adrienne K. Wooten
- Antoinett A. Hall
- Clifford R. Ross
- Coram J. Rimes, Jr.
- Dwight E. Holmes
- Edward Marable, Jr.
- Joseph M. Juliano
- Kenneth Toussaint
- Lynval H. James
- Quantavia Hilbert
- Weldon M. Montague, III
*Only three can win at-large.
