EAST ORANGE/ORANGE, NJ - The doors of the church are open. A sweet sound is penetrating through the walls and hearts of all who have ears. It is the melodic voice of Tiffani R. Greene, East Orange native and the daughter of a Reverend, Robin Greene-Webb.

Directing music was her gift, and singing songs was more than a talent, it was an experience that drew people of all walks of life to want to know who this God named Jesus was that she sung so beautifully about.

Tiffani was formerly the Choir Director at Calvary Baptist Church where Reverend Joseph Oniyama is the pastor. She lived within a stone's throw of Calvary where her family has filled the pews for decades.  Her work at Calvary and reputation around New Jersey as a true worshiper led to Tiffani being recruited by Messiah Baptist Church to be the Minister of Music.

At Messiah, she became a trusted friend to Pastor Dana Owens. There she worked to meet the various needs of the community in her extended role in Administrative Support while also ministering in song. If you needed to schedule a meeting, plan a worship experience, or just hear a hymn to lift your spirit, Tiffani was there with a tender smile and response.

Her levity about life and contagious laugh could lift a room; all who knew or heard her will miss her.

Sadly, Tiffani R. Greene passed away Sunday, September 6, 2020, at the young age of 46 due to health related issues. A social media memorial celebrating her life is rapidly growing.

Tapinto East Orange/Orange sends our deepest condolences to the family of Tiffani R. Greene.

Information about Tiffani R. Greene's celebration of life service is still pending.
