On Thursday, November 17 from 6:00-9:00 PM, the Edison Arts Society will be sponsoring a night of poetry and music to usher in the holiday season. Barnes and Noble has partnered with the EAS and will be donating proceeds from the evening's sales to the EAS Scholarship Fund. Each year the EAS grants several scholarships to local high school and Middlesex County College students to help those students pursue their artistic talents.

Local poets will be reading original works during the evening and music will be provided by Ms. Debra Biederman, an esteemed violinist with the New Jersey Symphonic Orchestra.

If you are interested in reading poetry on November 17th, contact 732-794-7104. For information on becoming a member of the EAS call 732-548-9134 or visit the EAS website at edisonarts.org.
