TAPinto.net today announced that it has been selected by the Boy Scouts of America’s New Jersey-based Patriots’ Path Council as the media sponsor of the 2015 Liberty Jamboree, scheduled for October 2 – 4 in Jersey City’s Liberty State Park, overlooking the Statue of Liberty and New York City.

The Liberty Jamboree will serve as a week-end home to more than 5,000 Boy Scouts, Venturers, Sea Scouts and Explorers from the tri-state region who will participate in a hands-on, multi-faceted program. The event also serves as Scouting’s first overnight camping experience in Liberty State Park since 2001. In addition to Jamboree participants, the three-day program is expected to draw thousands of visitors, including Cub Scouts, Webelos, parents, prospective Scouts, and the general public.
