EDISON, NJ – The May 2015 Employee of the Month for the Township of Edison is Courtney Dill.

Dill has been a dedicated and loyal employee for the Township of Edison Since December 2002 where she has been utilized in several different departments within the township.

Since her undertaking her role, in our Public Works Department, Dill has thoroughly and diligently performed all the duties of her position in addition to learning and performing other crucial functions of the department.

Imaginative and resourceful, Dill approaches projects intelligently finding ways to work “smarter and not harder” Dills compassion, cool head and quick response to an emergent situation resulted in life saving measures for her co-worker.

Dill is known for her fantastic work ethic and always going the extra mile to assist residents and co-workers.
