Edison, NJ – The Edison Arts Society will be showcasing local artist, Ron MacCloskey's, “FRANKENSTEIN ARTWORK - a Two Hundred Year Celebration!" The exhibit begins on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 and will continue through November 9, 2018. The Gallery, located on the 3rd floor of the Municipal Building in Edison, is open daily from 8:30 am until 4 pm during the business week.  There will be a reception at the opening of the exhibit, at 7 PM on October 30, 2018. Light refreshments will be served.  The Edison Arts Society is also encouraging guests to come in Halloween attire, including in costumes, for the opening.

Mr. MacCloskey has been writing and performing since 1979 for stage and film as well as television. He is currently writing and producing a film documentary and hosting his own show, CLASSIC MOVIES with Ron MacCloskey.  He is known for KARLOFF AND ME (2006) THE MAN BEHIND THE MONSTER (2019), AND THE MUMMY 75th Anniversary (2008).   He has also written a children's book for young readers entitled "We Don't Feel Like it",  a funny, entertaining picture-book for young readers that emphasizes the importance of being a responsible person.
