MENLO PARK TERRACE, NJ - Patrick McCann Jr., 34, of Menlo Park Terrace, passed away at home on December 28, 2014. He was born in Edison in 1980.

Patrick graduated from Edison High School, Class of 1998. He was avid fan of the New York Yankees and the New York Giants. 

He is predeceased by his grandfathers, John Thoman and Thomas McCann; two uncles, James Thoman and Gerald Lynch.

Patrick is survived by his parents Patrick and Kathleen McCann of Menlo Park Terrace; son, Jaxon McCann of Hillsborough; sister, Colleen Neumann and her husband David of Boulder, CO.; niece, Rylan and nephew, Cooper; Grandmothers Constance Thoman of Menlo Park Terrace and Jean McCann of Spring Hill, FL.; former wife and friend Stephanie Langan of Hillsborough. 

Visitation will be Tuesday 7 to 9 p.m. at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, NJ 08862.

Funeral services will begin Wednesday 8:30 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by a 9 a.m. Funeral at Our Lady of Peace Church in Fords. Interment will be in St. Gertrude Cemetery.
