EDISON, NJ – In response to recent changes in the New Jersey Estate Tax Laws, the Edison Public Library will be hosting two seminars on Wills, Estates and Probate Laws. The first one will be held at the Edison Main Library on March 5, from 7 p.m, and the second one will be held at the Clara Barton Branch on April 15, at 6:30 p.m.
Attorney Kenneth Vercammen, who has published several articles on the subject, will be speaking at the seminars. According to the library, he will discuss the 2019 charges in Federal Estate and Gift Tax as well as offer tips on avoiding unnecessary expenses.
Attendees will be provided with brochures on Wills, Probate and Administration of an Estate, Power of Attorney, Living Wills, Real Estate Sales for Senior, and Trusts.
