Edison Marching Eagles State Champs to Host Festival of Marching


EDISON, NJ - The Edison High School Marching Band is holding its annual Festival of Marching this Saturday, September 10th at 5:00pm.  This premier event is the kick-off to the Marching Band season in New Jersey, and will be held at the Matthew J. Drwal Stadium at Edison High School.

This competition will showcase many of the area's top marching bands including Edison High School and JP Stevens. The Edison Marching Eagles are 3x USBands State Champions.

“We are excited for the 2016 Marching season and our show Heartbeat of Life.  We are amazed at the work and dedication of these kids who have been practicing all summer and attend a 5 day intensive Band Camp.  We cannot wait to see the progression throughout the season", Phyllisann Sperato, President, EHS Band Parent Organization said. "The band parents cannot express the pride we feel for these talented kids, we are privileged to be a part of such a wonderful program and we are grateful for all the support we receive from the community.”
