Summer Reading Books at the Edison Public Library with the help of the Edison Board of Education

EDISON, NJ - The Edison Public Library received 30 copies of various books from the Summer Reading lists for children in grades 6 through grade 11.

With titles such as ‘Animal Farm’ and ‘Brave New World’ available in larger quantities, children will be able to read the books on their lists without having to wait too long for each book to become available to them.

The Edison Libraries will have the books available to all Edison residents throughout the summer.

With the help of Board President, Veena Iyer, the Edison Libraries will be able to provide children with more opportunities to read the books throughout the summer and work towards keeping their young minds active during their break.

The collaboration of the Edison Board of Education and Edison Public Libraries for the summer reading lists is a prime example of the steps being taking towards providing the community with a multitude of resources and opportunities.

In addition to the increased quantity of summer reading books for the children, the Edison Libraries will be providing programs for children of all ages. The libraries will celebrate many different stories with special events and awards for readers.
