Edison, NJ – The Edison Recreation Department in association with the Elite Runners Track & Field Club will be holding an open registration for the club on September 20 from 7p.m. to 9p.m., at the Minnie B. Veal Community Center
The Elite Runners Track Club is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit youth organization based in Edison that offers a full year program consisting of 3 seasons: Cross Country, Winter Track, and Spring/ Summer Track. The programs are catered to athletes, male and female, ages 6 to 18, of all skill levels from beginner levels to advanced levels for a higher level of training and competition.
Programs offered by the Elite Runners are sanctioned by the New Jersey chapter of the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) and the USA Track & Field Association (USATF), according to the club. Training in all aspects of the sport is provided by USATF certified coaches for boys and girls.
The registration fee is $100, plus a $60 uniform deposit. A copy of the participant’s Birth Certificate is required at registration. For more information, click here.
