Girls Basketball: J.P. Stevens Beats Monroe, 50-45

EDISON, NJ - Megan Duffy scored 23 points and came down with nine rebounds to lead J.P. Stevens to a 50-45 girls basketball victory over Monroe Tuesday night.

Kayla Gatling finished with 13 points and a game-high 19 rebounds for the Hawks (7-4), who outscored Monroe, 28-18, in the middle two quarters to head into the final period with a 10-point lead.
