Hermino “Herman” Soto, Jr. of Edison, Passed Away


EDISON, NJ - Hermino “Herman” Soto, Jr. of Edison, passed away on March 27, 2016, at JFK Medical Center, Edison. He was born in Perth Amboy where he has resided until 7 years ago, when he moved to Edison. He was an Engineer for Diebold Company in Ohio for 12 years.

Herman was predeceased by his parents, Hermino, Sr. and Haydee and his sisters, Carmen Alcala and Anna Soto.

Surviving are his wife of 27 years, Carmen (Arcelay); his son, Matthew of Edison; and his daughters, Krystal, Isca, and Jennifer of Virginia Beach; his sister, Mildred Rivera; his brothers, Johnny and Albert; his step-mother, Fransica Soto; 10 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 9:30 AM on Friday, April 1, 2016, at Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 424 East Ave., Perth Amboy with a 10 AM Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Fatima Church, Perth Amboy. Interment will follow at Alpine Cemetery. Viewing will be Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
