Rose M. Vincent 45 Year Resident of Edison, Dies at 77


EDISON, NJ - Rose M.Vincent (nee: Gervasi), 77, of Edison, passed away on June 12, 2014 at JFK Medical Center, Edison.

Rose was a homemaker and resided in Edison for over 45 years.

Rose was a member of the Edison Senior Citizens.

Rose was predeceased by her husband Ralph in 2009, her brother, Benny Gervasi, and her sister, Connie Strasburger.

Surviving are her sons: James and his wife Nancy of Plattsburgh, NY, Ralph of Red Bank and Stephen of Edison and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 8:45 a.m. on Monday June 16, 2014 at Flynn and Son / Koyen Funeral Home, 319 Amboy Ave. Metuchen, with a 9:30 a.m. funeral liturgy at St. Matthew the Apostle RC Church, Edison. Interment will follow at St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Viewing will be Sunday 2  4 p.m. only.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Edison Animal Shelter, 125 Municipal Blvd., Edison, NJ 08817.
