EDISON, NJ – Public, private, parochial and college school officials from various schools in Edison have announced school closings as the area is expected to be hit hard by the winter blizzard.

Edison Public School

Tuesday, January 27 – All schools are closed

Tuesday, January 27 - No Sessions

Wednesday, January 28 - No Sessions

Thursday, January 29 - Pending weather, we will resume sessions as scheduled

Friday, January 30, 2015 - Pending weather, we will resume sessions as scheduled

All athletic events, after-school activities, meetings and practices are canceled for  Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

Wardlaw-Hartridge School

Tuesday, January 27 – School is closed

Middlesex County College

Tuesday, January 27 – College is closed at all locations

Nearly $900K Bid Received for Construction of New New Brunswick Park

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ - Only one company submitted a bid to build a new city park on land where three abandoned houses once stood.

A-Tech Concrete of Edison submitted a bid of $897,316.25 to construct a park on Welton Street, near Drift Street.
