Edison, NJ - The Thomas Edison Center at Menlo Park hosted their Spring Annual Clean Up on Sunday, May 19th at the historic Christie Street, Edison State Park.

Docents from the museum’s volunteer program, the Edison Township Environmental Commission, local residents, and the SEWA International Group of Edison, worked together from 9am – 12pm beautifying the park.  Laying wood chips on the trails, planting trees and flowers and a general clean up of the site all contributed to a very good day of fun and fellowship.

"Gather your family and friends and join us for our next beautification adventure, Sunday, June 30 9 a.m. -12 p.m.  Ice cold water will be provided during the program," said Kathleen Carlucci, Director for the Center.
