Vincent Dominic Sorrentino of Edison Died

EDISON, NJ - Vincent Dominic Sorrentino 82, of Edison, entered into eternal rest, Thursday at Genesis Elder Care, at the Woodlands, in Plainfield. He was born in Elizabeth and has resided in Edison for the past 50 years.

Vincent was a Master Plumber for more than 60 years.

He proudly served his country during the Korean War, and was a member of the American Legion Post #243 in South Plainfield.

Vince had been a long time Assistant Scout Master for Troop #318 at St. Helena’s in Edison.

He had a passion for restoring and customizing Volkswagon’s.

Vince is survived by his loving wife Agnes Colicelio Sorrentino, his dear sons Timothy, Alan and his wife Sandy, and Christian and his wife Jamie and his loving grandchildren Thomas, Michael, and Kayla.

Funeral Service will be on Sunday April 3, 2016 at 3:30 pm at the Flynn and Son/ Koyen Funeral Home 319 Amboy Avenue, Metuchen, with Military honors to follow. Visitation is Sunday from 2 pm to 4 pm.
