EDISON, NJ -- Congratulations to seniors Brianna Chambers of Somerset and A.J. Massaro of South Plainfield, seniors at The Wardlaw+Hartridge School in Edison, who represented their school at this year’s virtual presentation of the Greater Middlesex Conference Sportsmanship Awards. Instead of the annual luncheon, the event was moved to a virtual platform due to the coronavirus pandemic, but the GMC found a way to celebrate and pay tribute to the student-athlete honorees.

The video presentation featured remarks from Speaker of the New Jersey General Assembly Craig J. Coughlin and Senator Patrick J. Diegnan Jr. The production included a virtual honor roll call with photographs of each of the award winners. All honorees will receive a hard copy of the Sportsmanship Awards program along with their official trophies at a later date once COVID-19 social distancing restrictions are relaxed.

Brianna accumulated 10 varsity letters in a combination of volleyball, cheer and softball. A.J. starred on the baseball diamond as a four-year varsity letterman, standout catcher and power hitter. Congratulations to our Rams!
