Restland Memorial Park Veteran's Day Tribute

Restland Memorial Park invites family and friends in the community to participate in our Veteran's Tribute event on Saturday, November 4 2017, from 10:am to 1:00.pm. Restland wants to honor and thank our country's veterans for their service.

Each person in attendance will be invited to write a veterans name that will be attached to a flag and placed on the cemetery grounds surrounding St. Giles Chapel to honor their loved one. Several military and local organizations will be participating, including East Hanover Mayor Joseph Pannullo, U. S. Marine Corps, George T. Hanley, Esq., Chairman of Welcome Home Vets New Jersey, Gold Star Mothers, Canine Warriors, American Legion, Stars for our Troops, The Four Old Parts Quartet and more.

Following the service, there will be activities for children, information tables with take-aways, and light refreshments.

Doors will be open 9:30 a.m., with the Tribute service beginning promptly at 10:00 a.m. Restland Memorial Park is located at 77 DeForest Avenue, East Hanover.
