As we continue to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19), the health and safety of our community and employees is our top priority. We are regularly monitoring updates provided by the Center for Disease Control, World Health Organization, and other state and federal organizations to ensure the continuation of our operations. Out of concern for the health and safety of our employees and our customers, Edison Water Utility staff will not enter residences to read meters until further notice.

Edison Water Utility is also suspending nonessential field appointments and will limit the amount and nature of contact with customers during all emergency field appointments. Customers are advised to continue reporting water emergencies to our 24-Hour Emergency Hotline: (732) 287-0100.

Beginning March 18, 2020, general public access to the Municipal Building, including the Edison Water Utility office, will be restricted to those individuals with pre-scheduled appointments. To limit risks to employees and other customers, we strongly encourage customers to manage their accounts and payments online at https://www.edisonwaterutility.org/customer_service/bill_pay.php.
