Edison, NJ – Middlesex County Board of Chosen Freeholders and the Township of Edison will be hosting the Residential Paper Shred Program at Papaianni Park on July 13, rain or shine, from 9a.m to 12p.m (or until the shredding truck is filled).

The free paper shred program is intended for county residents, who will be able to recycle old confidential files safely and securely.

Hardcover books, magazines, newspapers, bulk mail, photographs, X-rays, or CDs will not be accepted. Loads containing unacceptable items may be rejected. Loads must be in manageable containers, as plastic bags are not accepted.

County residents will be able to recycle a maximum of 5 boxes or 100 pounds per car.
