EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ – Some tense moments, but apparently, no injuries as a vehicle burst into flames this afternoon on the New Jersey Turnpike.

Woodbridge Woman, 80, Dies After Being Struck by Car in Edison

EDISON, NJ – An 80-year-old pedestrian died Sunday night after she was struck by a car on Woodbridge Avenue, township police said Tuesday.

The female victim, a Woodbridge resident, was apparently crossing Woodbridge Avenue near Pilegis Court at 8:15 p.m. Sunday when she was struck by a Honda Accord.
