Edison, NJ – The Clara Barton Neighborhood association will be hosting a crime prevention and neighborhood watch meeting on July 16, at 7 p.m. 

The meeting, which will be attended by Lt.  Robert Dudash, from the Edison Police Department, will take place at the Clara Barton First Aid Squad, located at 1079 Amboy Avenue.  Lt. Dudash will be joined by Ptl. Jackson and Ptl. Alexander.

According to the association, the Edison Police Department will provide information on home security and reporting incidents to police.  The Department will also go over the steps required to establish a Neighborhood Block Watch.

In addition to discussing crime prevention, attendees will also hear from the New Jersey Clean Energy Program. Representatives will present ways to save on energy bills, according to the association.
