Free Yoga Class at Hanson Park


CRANFORD, NJ - Join Bridget Briant of for a free yoga class at Hanson Park, 38 Springfield Ave. in Cranford on Sunday, May 21 at 1:00 PM.  Come enjoy nature as you partake in Bridget’s one-hour “Yoga For Everyone” class.  Please bring your yoga mat!

Bridget Briant is a classically trained yoga instructor who attained certification in 2002 at Nicole’s Yoga Center in Garwood, NJ.  She has studied many forms of yoga including Hatha, Ashtanga, Kriya, Raja and Kundalini.  She started teaching children in 2002 and adults at Rutgers University in 2003.  Her style has evolved into a practical form of yoga, as her classes are tailored to meet the needs of her clients.
