Jay Hawk, a construction worker who was working on the new School No. 22 near Clifton Street, said he saw a group of motorcyclists near Cole Place at the time of the accident.

Eyewitnesses said they saw what appeared to be a male taken into the helicopter. Hawk said the man’s face was covered in gauze when he was taken into the medevac.

According to Google Maps, Cole Place eventually turns into Trenton Avenue and then Atlantic Street. Signs at the scene marked the intersection near the school as Atlantic Street though.
