ELIZABETH, NJ – Mayor J. Christian Bollwage and the Elizabeth City Council will honor Ivan White and Lee Parker, the two men who discovered the pipe bombs last Sunday night, at an open-to-the-public meeting in City Hall Council Chambers, September 27, at 7:30 p.m.

Local organizations have already begun to respond to the two men. The Elizabeth Coalition to House the Homeless has set up Lee Parker, 50, with temporary housing at a nearby hotel until the agency identifies a more permanent place for him to live. With the help of  "Kean University Be the Change" and "At Heart's Length," ECHH will work to ensure that Parker finds a permanent home and the resources needed to become financially stable on his own.
