JERSEY CITY, NJ - The first installment in the Top Minds Series presented by Observer PolitickerNJ and partially sponsored by TAPinto.net will feature  academics from all over New Jersey and their assessment of  “The Legacy of President Barack Obama in New Jersey.”  

How have Obama's two terms impacted the Garden State? The event slated for Dec. 9 at Liberty Science Center in Jersey City will offer analysis by Dr. Brigid Harrison of Monclair University, Dr. Junius Williams of Rutgers University, Dr. Ben Dworkin of Rider University and Dr. Fernando Alonso of Fairleigh Dickinson University. PolitickerNJ Editor Max Pizarro will moderate the free program.

There is a $200-per-head VIP reception prior to the program, which will begin at 6 p.m.
